Beginning in a time of relative peace, we follow an ensemble cast of characters as they confront the re-emergence of evil to Middle-earth. From the darkest depths of the Misty Mountains, to the majestic forests of Lindon, to the breathtaking island kingdom of Númenor, to the furthest reaches of the map, these kingdoms and characters will carve out legacies that live on long after they are gone.
Evil has had many names.

Reviews
This had great Lord of the Rings vibes and scenery and I enjoyed being immersed in that universe, but I had trouble following the characters - which ones I was supposed to know and which were new or under a hidden identity. I liked the hobbit storyline and the elf/dwarf relations. Galadriel was well developed but I did not like how her storyline wrapped up for the season. The Southlander arc was too depressing for me, particularly episode 6.
