Just after he is released from prison after 25 years, New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi is unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla. Realizing that his mob family may not have his best interests in mind, Dwight slowly builds a “crew” from a group of unlikely characters, to help him establish a new criminal empire in a place that to him might as well be another planet.

Reviews(Seasons 1 & 2). NY Gangster Dwight Manfredi serves 25 years to protect his boss, and as a "reward" is exiled to Tulsa. Only problem: "The General" wastes no time in establishing his own syndicate! Engrossing, violent crime saga carried by the strength of the narrative and the fantastic cast. Stallone portrays Dwight as a real person, and the supporting cast are all sincere and believable. Does not go overboard on the violence, so when it does happen, it has impact. Fantastic high profile show!
